My Story

Tough Runner is an exciting charity event held at Shoreham Academy, combining elements of a colour run and a Tough Mudder-style obstacle course. This unique experience invites students and staff to participate in a fun and challenging course while raising funds for St Barnabas House, the RNLI, and the Friends of Shoreham Academy (FoSA).

Participants will navigate a vibrant course filled with obstacles, mud, and colour, fostering a sense of teamwork and community. Proceeds from the event will support the charities above, and the Gateway Centre, an essential space providing intervention and alternative provisions for students in need of extra support.
